Leg warmers!

I should say "Damn you, Zulily!"   LOL.  Or my friend Meg for introducing me to Zulily.  :)

It's so much fun buying for a girl!  And it's hard to resist sales!  My packages arrived tonight!  :)

I can't wait to try them all on.  :)

I couldn't wait on the leg warmers though......these actually kinda matched the outfit she already had on!

Cold? Growth spurt? Sleep regression?

I don't know what it is - all I know is that we are not sleeping.  :(  Avery was doing so well until last week.  She started waking once a night - fairly consistently between 1 and 2 AM.  I figured it was due to her cold.  She was really stuff and had a slight cough.  She seems to be getting better; however, her sleeping is getting worse!  I've been up since 2:30 this morning.  She went to bed last night at 8:30 and woke at 11:30, 2:30, and 4:30.  Thank God I went to bed at 9:30 (because I was exhausted from the 3 hours of sleep on Sunday night!).  Lucas got up with her at 11:30 and then I was up for the day at 2:30.  I read something the other day about a 4 mo. sleep regression.  (She'll be 4 mos. next week).  Whatever it is, I hope it ends soon cuz this momma is TIRED!  :)

Bumbo!

Avery tried her bumbo this week.  I was worried that her thighs wouldn't fit.  She seemed to like it.  I think someone was a bit jealous though......  :)  (I think he probably fits in it better now than he did at three months  - he had those thighs too!)

Lucas caught Avery again in the Baby Buggy last week and was able to get a picture.  :)  I still think she's too little, but I'm picking my battles.  ;)

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to a wonderful daddy!  I had a feeling when I met Lucas that he'd be a great father, and I have not been disappointed.  He adores our children and that kinda makes me adore him.  ;)

Carson and Avery both made Daddy presents at school.  Carson's says "Just Like Daddy".  There's a hand print on the back. 

We had a relatively low-key day.  We took the kids to the park for a bit, then came home for naps before heading to Nana and Papa's.

We decided that Father's Day is destined to be one with sick kids.  :(  But at least that comes w/ a heavy dose of cuddling.  Both Avery and Carson are sick.  Both are coughing on and off as I type this.  :(  Carson woke up a little bit ago though and wanted to cuddle with Daddy on the couch.  Reminded us of Lucas' first father's day, when Carson spiked his first really high fever.  Poor baby.

3 month photo shoot!

3 month "photo bomb"! 

With Carson, we did professional pics at newborn, 6 mos., and 1 year.  We figured we'd do the same with Avery.  Unfortunately, the outfit that I bought for her 6 mo. pictures probably won't fit my little chunker by then.  :)  So I thought about scheduling pictures for her now since I probably couldn't capture the full cuteness of this outfit.  :)  Figured I'd try to take a few at home first though.  I think I got a couple cute ones at least.
